"...and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him." - Romans 8:17
THE 817 is a place for all students, 9th-12th grade, to gather together with friends and focus in on Jesus Christ. No matter where your faith in Jesus is – questioning, exploring, coming back, growing – THE 817 is for you. So come on! And bring a friend!
Sunday nights, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
6:00-7:00 Large Group Time (Worship & Teaching)
7:00-8:00pm LifeGroup breakouts on-campus
LifeGroups are small groups of students, along with 1-2 adult leaders, coming together weekly to build relationships with one another as we come to know and live for Jesus Christ. LifeGroups are where students can really build relationships on a deep level.
Our High School LifeGroups (9th-12th) meet on-campus on Sunday nights each week. If one of these does not work, email firstname.lastname@example.org about trying to get a new one started with you and some of your friends.
We will still meet on Wednesday nights off-campus over the summer...pool parties, grilling out at a park, dodgeball tournament, ultimate frisbee, etc. More info to come!
Just as Jesus came to serve and give His life away for others, we too are called to serve others with our lives out of love for Him and love for other people.
There are plenty of ways students can start serving on Sundays, Wednesdays, and other events as they come up! Contact Tyler to get started!!
Leading a LifeGroup is leading and walking WITH students as they come to know and live for Jesus Christ.
Below are great options for you to use as you lead your students in the Word. If you have any questions, please email email@example.com.
