On Mission In Our Communities

God’s Mission Encompasses All People, Including Those Right Around Us.

God has planted 121 in the heart of Dallas/Ft. Worth, and every 121er has the responsibility and privilege to join in His Mission in daily life.

God has equipped you for good works that He has prepared in advance for you to do (Ephesians 2:10)! Our desire is to equip and encourage you to communicate the Gospel and bring a tangible demonstration of God’s love to others.

The list below provides an overview about 121′s ministry partnerships in DFW and how you can be involved.

  • Mustang Community

There are multiple ways to build relationships with kids and adults in the Mustang Drive community near 121’s location.

  • Adoption & Foster Network

From its earliest days as a church, the people of 121 have had a heart for orphans and vulnerable children. We want to connect foster care and adoptive families with one another, resources and training, enrichment opportunities, and other families and Community Groups who desire to come alongside them to serve some of the most vulnerable children in our area.

  • World Relief (Serving Refugees)

Every year, World Relief staff and volunteers help thousands of refugees – victims of famine, war or persecution – replant their lives in the United States. World Relief is the largest evangelical refugee resettlement agency in America, and they work to empower the church to serve the most vulnerable.

  • International Students

One of the most strategic ways to do cross cultural ministry in DFW is by partnering with International Students, Inc. ISI is a ministry devoted to sharing Christ’s love with international students.

Thousands of students come to study in DFW every year, but most have few American friends and never visit an American home! This is a great way for you, your family, or your Community Group to welcome these students and building meaningful relationships.
