From the parking lot to the coffee bar and leading LifeGroups for kids and students, there are several ways to make an difference in people’s lives at 121.
CreationLand
- Welcome & check in families for service
- Assist new families with info cards & enter into system
- Show new families to their child’s room & go over our security
- Helps with check in & welcomes visitors before service
- Help with restroom breaks, replenish refreshments, obtain items needed in classrooms, man the CL lobby door
- Record attendance numbers
- Walk halls during the service, keeping area secure & safe
- Makes decisions as when a parent needs to be paged
- Write welcome cards to new families
- Cares for & helps lead a group of toddlers of young preschoolers
- Reenforces the Bible story with the curriculum provided each Sunday
- Leads the craft & activity time
- Assists LG leader & assists with snacks & crafts
- Helps with clean-up
- Interacts with children & helps with transition times
- Builds positive relationships with children in CreationLand & families
121KIDS

121Students

Wednesday Night F.B.I. Team (Famous But Invisible) 30 Minutes – 5:30-6pm and 7-7:30pm

Wednesday Night Super Troopers! – 6-8:15pm
- Consistent, reliable, energetic, ‘real cool’, Super Troopers who will go out of the way to have fun yet still be working on the job
- Keep the peace with students
- Greet, serve, and monitor students
- Lead a small group of students in relational discipleship
- Meet on a weekly basis (Sun at 11am), and interact directly with students throughout the week
- Communicate with parents on a regular basis
- Participate in events and activities as related to student ministries
- Actively seek to grow in your faith, as well as facilitate growth in students
- Work with ministry leaders to implement vision with provided content
- Ability to take ownership of the group and grow together
LifeGroups

Open up your home on a regular basis to host a LifeGroup
CARE Team
- Provide meals and care packages to male members and attendees within 121 Community Church
- Disciple male attendees when the opportunity arises
- Provide meals and care packages to female members and attendees within 121 Community Church
- Disciple female attendees when the opportunity arises
- Stand at the front of the worship center to pray with anyone who comes forward
- Praying for prayer requests received throughout the week
- Walk alongside couples who want to invest in and improve their marriage.
121 Missions
- Starts August 20, 4-6pm

Facilitate English classes – we have the curriculum, no experience or foreign language needed

Help others learn simple English words/sentences
- Help us keep an eye on the Mission House.
- Help meet with maintenance people or just popping in on a regular schedule to make sure everything is looking good and functioning
- Help with various events in the building and in the community
121 Worship
- Operate sound equipment in worship and services
- Ensure optimal sound quality in the house, on our live broadcast, and in recordings
- Control slides for worship and sermon during services
- In some areas, this role is also responsible for moving through pre-programmed lighting cues for the service
- Operate camera for church services
- Capture the musical and speaking portions of services
- Maintain attention throughout the service

Call out direction and cues for camera operators.
Connections Team
- Greet people with a smile as they drive into the parking lot
- Help direct people in and out of the parking lot
- Direct vehicles to open parking spots
- During special events, may need to drive a golf cart
- Stand at the front/side doors or the doors leading into the Worship Center and greet people as they come in
- At the front/side doors, write name tags for people coming in
- Answer any questions someone may have
- As of June 4th, our Spanish service will take place every Sunday at 2pm

Greet congregants with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive

Assist with directing individuals to the appropriate areas, such as the Worship Center, restrooms, or children’s ministry

Offer assistance to those with specific needs, such as providing wheelchair access or offering additional support
- Greet people with a smile

- Stock sugar and creamers on coffee stations
- Put out scones and bread
- Clean up when done

- Help with Lord’s Supper when applicable
- Stand in lobby before and after services
- Look for people who are new or look lost
- Answer questions and walk them to the area they are looking for
- Help them fill out a connect card for the ministry team to reach out during the following week

- In-between services, empty trash cans in lobby and mezzanine
- Clean up any spills in lobby or mezzanine
- Check bathrooms for spills
- Empty main trash in bathrooms
