Summary: James 1:12-18
At some point or another, we all face hard times. It is easy to blame other people or even God for the hard things we face, but in Christ we can be honest about where we fall short and go to God for help. Instead of trying to fix things ourselves, God has made a way for us in our struggle.

What does this say about God?
God is prepared for the hard things we face. While we feel blindsided or even surprised by how sin gets out of hand, He is not surprised. He sent Jesus to fix what is broken and bring us back to a life that reflects Him in everything.
