Summary: Matthew 25:31-46
Most of us would agree our actions in life have consequences. What we often forget is that our actions have eternal consequences too. When we live for ourselves and what we want, we are not living as God designed us, and will face the consequences of that. When we surrender our lives to Jesus and are transformed by the Holy Spirit, we are changed to love and serve others, even those who are considered less than by society. All who live this way will see an eternal reward from Jesus.
What does this say about God?
Jesus came from God to us when we were helpless, He served others when it was inconvenient, and He gave His very life for us. We are called to love and serve others with this same heart.
