Summary: Mark 14:43-72
After spending hours praying in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was betrayed by Judas, one of His disciples, and arrested by a mob sent by the chief priests. The priests mocked Him and condemned Him to death. The disciples deserted Jesus in the garden, and Peter denied even knowing who Jesus was.
What Does This Say about God?
God knows our hearts. Whether we are ready to betray Jesus, ignore His truth, or deny knowing Him, God knows how our hearts are inclined toward sin. But He is ready to show grace and redeem us when we come to Him.
