Summary: James 1:19-27
When we follow Jesus, our lives are changed from the inside out. Following Jesus changes the way that we receive the Word of God, the way we speak, the way we treat others, and the way we handle temptations. Being a Christian is more than a title to claim, but a way of life shaped by God and His Word. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we can reflect Christ in everyday life.
What does this say about God?
God is after our hearts. He wants to change us from the inside out. He is ready to form and mold us and deal with our sin as we come to Him in humility.
