Summary: John 3:16
You likely received many gifts for Christmas, but nothing compares to the greatest gift we have in Jesus—eternal life. God sent His Son to secure this life for His people. This is a present-day reality for all who believe in Jesus and a promise that our lives will continue with God even after death.
What does this say about God?
God loves us and wants to spend time with us, so He has done many things for us to have life with Him! He sent His Son so that we can have life with Him for eternity. This is not just a far-off reality once we die; we can have life with Him here and now!
