Summary: Joshua 6:25; Ruth 1:15-17; 1 Samuel 1:26-28; Luke 1:46-49; 2:36-38
When we celebrate Mother’s Day, we celebrate women that have given us life, raised us, and taken care of us. Throughout Scripture we have the examples of women God used for His purposes. Through roles that can often be thankless and unseen, God shows that He is ready to use those who come to Him.
What Does This Say about God?
God has used women throughout history for His glory. Even when it was risky and the future was uncertain, these women trusted God to provide for them and use them in His redemption story.
