Summary: James 1:1-11
At some point in life, we all face challenges. Whether an event that turns our world upside down, a lifelong struggle we have to navigate, or just a moment of hardship, James gives us wisdom about facing the trials of life. It is not through resisting trials but facing them in dependence on God that we grow and see God bring beauty from ashes.
What does this say about God?
God is present through our trials. While many people move away from what is hard, God moves toward us in our hardest moments. He will give us wisdom and endurance for the hard things we face.
